The expert for the day was Ms. Harshpreet Kaur, who is currently working as Silicon Design Engineer at Advanced Micro Devices Inc., which is an American multinational semiconductor company based in Santa Clara, California, that develops computer processors and related technologies for business and consumer markets.
The speaker was alumni(2011-2015 bactch) of ECE department of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. After pursuing her B.Tech in ECE, she went to University of Texas, USA to pursue her Masters with focus on Digital System Design. She joined Advanced Micro Devices Inc. during her internship and later on she joined the same as full time employee in 2017.

The targeted audience for this webinar was the faculty of ECE department with interest in VLSI field and most importantly the students who were pursuing their in house training on Digital Circuit Design using VHDL, so that they can have the exposure regarding the industry requirements in VLSI field. A total of 30 participants attended this webinar.
